Carol Brooke is a Staff Attorney with the Immigrants Legal Assistance Project, a special project of the North Carolina Justice and Community Development Center.  The Justice Center's mission is to help low-income North Carolinians move from poverty to economic security through litigation, public policy advocacy and research, and grassroots education.  Carol represents farmworkers and other migrant workers, particularly H2B crab processing workers, on employment and related matters.  She also helps coordinate the North Carolina Network of Immigrants Advocates.  She occasionally provides trainings and information to Network members and others related to Title VI.
